Welcome to YOUR HAIR. By shopping with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Our Products
We specialise in premium raw Vietnamese hair, luxury hair bundles, ready-to-wear wigs, HD lace closures, frontals and bespoke wig creations.
We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible through photographs, videos and descriptions. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
As we work with natural human hair, slight variations in colour, texture and appearance may occur.
All products are subject to availability.
2. Orders & Payments
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Orders must be paid for in full using one of the secure payment methods available at checkout.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to contact you regarding any issues with your order, including incorrect information, stock availability or pricing errors.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and arrange a full refund.
3. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Our bespoke wigs are individually handcrafted to each client's agreed requirements, including preferences such as colour, length, lace and cap size.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the measurements and specifications they provide are accurate.
Changes requested after production has begun may not always be possible.
We provide photographs and videos of completed bespoke wigs for approval before dispatch.
As personalised pieces are created specifically for each client, change-of-mind cancellation rights do not normally apply.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, not as described or does not match the agreed specifications.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery charges and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination and whether the order is ready-to-wear or custom-made.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply. Customers are responsible for applicable import charges.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Please review this policy before purchasing, particularly when ordering bespoke or personalised products.
6. Hair Care & Maintenance
Our raw human hair is selected for its quality, versatility and longevity.
Proper care and maintenance are essential to preserving the condition and appearance of your hair.
Damage caused by improper maintenance, excessive heat, unsuitable chemical treatments or incorrect product use may not be covered by our returns policy where it is unrelated to a product fault.
We recommend following our hair-care guidance to preserve the quality and longevity of your hair for years to come.
7. Website Content
All original photographs, videos, branding, designs and written content displayed on our website belong to YOUR HAIR by Hannah Marie or their respective rights holders.
Our original content must not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
8. Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed through the secure payment providers available at checkout.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, negligence causing death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes to Our Terms
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services or business operations.
The latest version will always be available on our website. Changes will not remove rights already established under an existing order.
