1. Ready-to-Ship Products

Ready-to-ship products are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and UK bank holidays, subject to postal service operating hours.

2. Bespoke & Custom Wigs

Our bespoke wigs are individually handcrafted to each client's requirements.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of your order.

3. UK Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, with complimentary UK delivery on orders over £250.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

4. International Delivery

We offer international delivery to selected destinations.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
