At YOUR HAIR, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Every product is carefully selected or created with attention to detail, and your satisfaction is important to us.

Ready-to-Wear Wigs, Bundles & Lace Products

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, followed by a further 14 days to send the item back.

We kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition, with lace uncut and hair free from alterations, including cutting, colouring, washing, installation or adhesive application.

Items may be carefully inspected or briefly tried on where appropriate. If excessive handling has reduced the item's value, a deduction may be made from your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Bespoke & Custom-Made Wigs

Our bespoke wigs are individually handcrafted to your personal requirements. As these pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind.

Before dispatch, photographs or videos of your completed wig will be provided for your approval, ensuring you're happy with the finished result.
